Original

Our original recipe uses real cinchona bark to provide a classic structure. Rosehips and hibiscus are the prominent flavors & provide the gorgeous ruby red color.

  • Water, cinchona bark, agave nectar, rose hips, hibiscus, allspice, cardamom, lemongrass, juniper berries, citric acid.

  • Try a splash of Ruby D Original in your champagne cocktails or just add to Vihno Verde. A personal favorite for vodka tonics!

    Add 1/2 ounce of Ruby D Original sparkling water for tonic water.

Citrus

Our citrus tonic is a crowd favorite. Organic citrus peel and a subtle touch of lavender steal the spotlight while also softening the natural bitterness of quinine.

  • Water, cinchona bark, agave nectar, lemon peel, lime peel, sweet orange peel, bitter orange peel, lavender, juniper berries, hibiscus, allspice, citric acid.

  • The ultimate tequila & tonic! Add a splash to your Mexican lager, add lime, and you have yourself a tart and refreshing summer drink!

    Add 1/2 ounce of Ruby D Citrus to sparkling water for tonic water.

Cardamom

Our tonic gets a wintery twist, with nearly triple the amount of cardamom and allspice. Our most unique and versatile flavor profile.

  • Water, cinchona bark, agave nectar, cardamom, allspice, juniper berries, rosehips, lemongrass, hibiscus, citric acid.

  • Add to warm water to get your quinine as a warm tea. Pairs wonderfully with bourbon. Makes a stunning addition to a mojito!

    Add 1/2 ounce of Ruby D Cardamom to sparkling water for tonic water.

Reserve

Simply put, our best tonic.
The reserve is brewed with significantly more cinchona bark, making a more quinine rich brew. Sweetened with only half the already modest amount of agave nectar used in our other varieties, the flavor is timeless and classic.
Made for gin & tonics.

  • Water, cinchona bark, hibiscus, cardamom, allspice, citric acid.

  • Add 1/2 to 3/4 ounce Ruby D reserve into a highball over ice. Add your preferred gin (we love Freeland Spirits), then fill to the top with sparkling water. Stir and garnish with lime wedge. Just like that, the best G&T you’ve ever had.
